Keeping our aircraft flying is a rewarding, but demanding task as our work must meet exacting standards, as laid down by the Civil Aviation Authority.

We have a blend of full time staff and volunteers and we maintain the happy atmosphere and high standards of an operational maintenance unit - hardly surprising as many of our crew come from a military service background. Our groundcrew team do anything from overhauling and servicing our aircraft to preparing the jets for flight. The paperwork associated with this has to be done meticulously, so that means plenty of work too.
